  This is an amazing find. Terrific heritage rooms, fantastic restaurant, easy to get to with warm and friendly owers and staff. A perfect base to explore the picturesque town of Port Hope.

  Based on my experience, I truly do not understand how this hotel has ratings less than 5 stars. Never at any other hotel have I felt so welcomed and been around such generous people. The rooms and bathrooms are the cleanest I have ever witnessed in a hotel (a huge must for me) and the food and service were both fantastic. Places like this are rare, and I will most certainly go out of my way to stay here again!

  Never been in a hotel where everybody is smiling and happy. Great job and service. Highly recommend this hotel over the competition.

  It's a really nice little place. I spent my time mostly on the patio area where it's decorated with a shabby-chic style with lots of plant life. It looks like a really cool place to hang out. I'd be interested to know in the future how much space they have for holding events - not just receptions.
